MANDATE TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLIED ON EVERY PLAN

Terms and Conditions:

1. To take advantage of the scheme, each member will have to agree to the rules as per the scheme by uncontested
2. The item or goods of daily life will be given only which available at outlets,in case specific product not available members can take upto 15% amount from total value ,to buy those items from elsewhere. 
3. The monthly deposits should be in dates of slab  1 to 5, 6 to 10, 11 to 15, 16 to 20, 21 to 25, 26 to 31, members will have to be deposited in the dates of the same slab every month continue
4. Any amount deposited by the member will be given information of mobile SMS within 24 hours, which will only be sent from the Sender ID of AX-TGShop,If this does not happen, contact the agent or officer immediately, whom has been provided the amount , and help the management., SMS will be similar to the cash receipts for members of The Grossary Shop! If SMS have been delayed for more than two days please contact the management The solution should be obtained by observing the situation as soon as possible. And benefits to the members!
5. Members will have to deposit the same amount every month in the weekly days / dates chosen by them without fail. In the absence of this, the total benefit received by the members will continue to be reduced by 4% in the form of late fees every late days, And if deductions reached at total benefit amount, member shall disqualify from getting benefit of the month, in case of gap of a whole month Rs.100 shall be deducted from next month benefit
6. Debit / Credit Card is in conformity with the bank's agreement and upon the number of fixed members inherent by The Grocery Shop will then be available, Otherwise, all the transactions will be made in cash, bank checks and cash coupons, Alternatively, for the benefit and convenience of the members, The Grocery Shop can provide its plastic Shopping member Card
7. To all the registered and qualified members, The grocery Shop is committed to provide daily edible and usable products at lowest possible price And only after purchasing the members from authorized seller or outlet of The Grocery Shop, confirm the benefits of mentioned in Plans!
8. The members who joined and deposited their first and second monthly subscription but could not created/introduced and two account as mandate, from 3rd month onward their plan will be shifted to Single User Plan (SUP) wherein 10% more value product shall be given to them of monthly subscription amount.till they wish to be with.
9. In case whether member is opted to shift from plan or by default procedure is been shifted, the Adjustment amount will be shifted into another plan, and a new membership code be issued as per plan by taking membership fee.Shifting from one plan to another fee is Rs.500/-
10. In all case The Grocery shop will only provide the products and not in any manner will return the fund.
